The finish of this youthful rosé wine from the Palatinate wine region finally delights with a good length.
Vinification of the Blauer Portugieser Rosé from Markus Pfaffmann
The elegant Blauer Portugieser Rosé from Germany is a varietal wine, vinified from the Blauer Portugieser grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally racked.
