Vinification of the Vesselle Georges Brut Nature Grand Cru Millésime
The basis for the well-balanced Brut Nature Grand Cru Millésime from Champagne are grapes from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Champagne. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation of the base wines then follows. After the cuvée has been assembled, further maturation takes place on the basis of the Méthode Champenoise. The Vesselle Georges Brut Nature Grand Cru Millésime then ages for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
