Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé - Viña Los Vascos

The Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé of Viña Los Vasco's tangy, finesse and crisp rosé wine from the Chilean wine-growing region of Valle de Colchagua. This rosé is vinified from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grape varieties. 

This wine delights with a light pink sparkling color in the glass. The nose indulges in a rich bouquet of strawberries and other red fruits. On the palate, this Chilean rosé wine is fresh and seduces with rich flavors of raspberries, strawberries, sweet cherries and pomegranates. The fruit notes are rounded out with hints of white chocolate and subtle molasses. Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé from Chile has a crisp texture with balanced body and nice length on the palate.

Vinification of the Viña Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé

The vineyards of Viña Los Vascos are spoiled by the sun and have fertile soils and abundant water. The microclimate is extremely favorable for winemaking. Under these optimal conditions, berries of high quality ripen for Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé. Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are pressed slowly and gently by hand in the cellar. In this way, freshness, fruity aromas and the brilliant color of the must are preserved. Then this rosé is fermented in stainless steel tanks and continues to age until bottling.

This dry rosé wine from Chile is suitable as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to lightly spiced dishes such as gazpacho, paella or other Mediterranean dishes.
