The Golden Kaan Chardonnay is a first-class white wine in the wine glass. In this it offers a wonderfully bright, golden yellow color. Vinification of the Golden Kaan Chardonnay
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Chardonnay. Only premium grape material was used for this beautifully balanced varietal wine from Golden Kaan. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Chardonnay can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
