After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Chardonnay Tupungato can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
