The elegant Collection Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Collection Sauvignon Blanc can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
