Vinification of the Bodegas Muga Conde De Haro Cava Brut Rosé
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Garnacha. Only premium grape material was harvested for this wonderfully elegant single varietal wine from Bodegas Muga. Of course, the Conde De Haro Cava Brut Rosé is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Cava DO. This Spaniard can literally be described as an Old World wine that is exceptionally impressive. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Conde De Haro Cava Brut Rosé are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and bottle fermentation at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Conde De Haro Cava Brut Rosé can further harmonize for 14 months on the fine yeast....
