Cuvée Blanc trocken - Klumpp

The Klumpp Cuvée Blanc is a first-class white wine in the glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. To the nose, this Klumpp white wine reveals all sorts of lime, grapefruit, orange blossom and jasmine. As if that wasn't already impressive, the stainless steel aging adds oriental spices, sun-warmed rocks and black tea.

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 7.7 grams of residual sugar. This is a true quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Cuvée Blanc reveals itself to be fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region of Baden finally inspires with beautiful length. Again, hints of lime and pomelo appear.

Vinification of the Cuvée Blanc from Klumpp

The elegant Cuvée Blanc from Germany is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Scheurebe. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.

Food recommendation for Klumpp Cuvée Blanc

This white wine from Germany is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to roasted trout with ginger pear, coconut-lime fish curry or wok vegetables with fish.
