More information about Eisvogel Cuvée trocken - Schloss Reinhartshausen
The Eisvogel Cuvée from the Rheingau wine-growing region presents itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. In the glass, this white wine from Schloss Reinhartshausen displays aromas of pears, apples, mirabelles, nashi pears and nectarines, complemented by dark chocolate, cocoa bean and black tea. This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 9.2 grams of residual sugar. This is a true quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need much residual sugar. Due to its vital fruit acid, the Eisvogel Cuvée reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheingau finally inspires with beautiful length. Again, hints of apple and nectarine appear.
Vinification of the Schloss Reinhartshausen Eisvogel Cuvée
This elegant white wine from Germany is vinified from the grape varieties Auxerrois, Riesling, Silvaner and Pinot Blanc. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation at controlled temperatures follows.
