The Enjoy Rosé from the pen of Emil Bauer from the Palatinate reveals a brilliant, strong rosé color in the wine glass. To the nose, this Emil Bauer rosé wine shows all sorts of pink grapefruit, pomelo, oranges and grapefruits. As if that wasn't impressive enough, the stainless steel aging adds more aromas like garrigue, lovage and juniper.

Vinification of the Emil Bauer Enjoy Rosé

The elegant Enjoy Rosé from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Noir grape variety. In the Palatinate region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay, limestone and loess. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Enjoy Rosé can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

Food recommendation for the Enjoy Rosé from Emil Bauer

This German rosé wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to wok vegetables with fish, cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables or chickpea curry.
