Vinification of the Enguera Finca Enguera Crianza Valencia D.O.
This powerful red wine from Spain is made vegan from the grape varieties Monastrell and Tempranillo. After the grape harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in large wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the vegan produced Finca Enguera Crianza Valencia D.O. is aged in oak barrels for a few more months. Once the wine is finished, the Finca Enguera Crianza Valencia D.O. is gently harmonized.
