Vinification of the Dreissigacker Grauburgunder 1.5l Magnum
This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). For this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from Dreissigacker, only flawless grape material was used. The Grauburgunder 1.5l Magnum is an Old World wine in the best sense of the term, as this German wine exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underscores the success of wines from the Old World. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by 4 months of maturation in oak barrels.
