Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Pinot Gris Goldberg Gols flatters with a velvety palate feeling, without at the same time lacking in juicy liveliness. The finale of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region the Burgenland, more precisely from Lake Neusiedl, finally thrilled with good reverberation.

Vinification of the Pinot Gris Goldberg Gols by Georg Preisinger

The basis for the balanced Pinot Gris Goldberg Gols from the Burgenland are grapes from the grape variety Pinot Gris. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
