This elegant white wine from Austria is vinified from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner. In Lower Austria, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of gravel. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
