More information about Happy Weißburgunder trocken - Emil Bauer

In the glass, the Happy Pinot Blanc from the house of Emil Bauer presents a brilliant shimmering light yellow color. The first nose of Happy Pinot Blanc presents notes of papaya, pineapple and lemongrass. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.

The Emil Bauer Happy Pinot Blanc impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine enchants with the finest balance despite its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied white wine is wonderfully melting. The final of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Palatinate finally convinces with considerable reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the soils dominated by limestone and loess.

Vinification of the Happy Pinot Blanc from Emil Bauer

This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, limestone and loess. When perfect physiological ripeness is assured, the grapes for Happy Pinot Blanc are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Food recommendation for the Emil Bauer Happy Pinot Blanc

Enjoy this white wine from Germany ideally well chilled at 8 - 10 ° C as a companion to potato pan with salmon, stir-fried vegetables with fish or pumpkin casserole.
