Vinification of the Philipp Kuhn Laumersheimer Kalksteinfels Pinot Blanc

This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. The grapes for this white wine from Germany, at the time of optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation.
