Vinification of the Neleman Just Fucking Good Wine Tinto

This powerful red wine from Spain is organically vinified from the Marselan grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Valencia. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and shale. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for the Just Fucking Good Wine Tinto are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After the harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation for 14 months in French barrels.
