Vinification of Niedermenniger Herrenberg Riesling Feinherb by Stefan Müller
This elegant white wine from Germany is vinified from the Riesling grape variety. In the Saar, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on slate soils. At optimal ripeness, the grapes for Niedermenniger Herrenberg Riesling Feinherb are harvested exclusively by hand, without the use of strenuous and less selective mechanical harvesters. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.Food recommendation for Niedermenniger Herrenberg Riesling Feinherb by Stefan Müller
