More information about Oberrotweiler Sauvignon Blanc trocken - Landerer

The Oberrotweiler Sauvignon Blanc from the Baden winegrowing region reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. The nose of this Landerer white wine shows all sorts of pears, oranges, lemons, pink grapefruit and nectarines. As if that weren't impressive enough, the stainless steel aging adds more flavors like sun-warmed rocks, green peppers and juniper.

The Landerer Oberrotweiler Sauvignon Blanc presents itself wonderfully dry to the wine connoisseur. This white wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Oberrotweiler Sauvignon Blanc is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the Baden wine-growing region finally inspires with beautiful length. Hints of lemongrass and pink grapefruit are again apparent.

Vinification of the Landerer Oberrotweiler Sauvignon Blanc

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Sauvignon Blanc. Only first-class grape material was used for this wonderfully elegant varietal wine from Landerer. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

Food recommendation for the Landerer Oberrotweiler Sauvignon Blanc

Drink this white wine from Germany ideally moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as an accompaniment to cabbage roulades, omelet with salmon and fennel or vegetable stew with pesto.
