This balanced red wine from Germany is cuvéed from the grape varieties Blauer Portugieser, Cabernet Sauvignon, Dornfelder and Regent. After the harvest, the grapes reach the winery in the fastest way. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
