With a slight tilt, the rim of the wine glass reveals a charming garnet-red hue. Swirling the glass, this red wine shows high viscosity, evident in pronounced church windows on the glass wall. The nose of this red wine from Niederösterreich impresses with aromas of blueberry, plum, sour cherry, and currant. Following the aroma further, notes of chocolate, blackcurrant, and hibiscus blossom appear.

This powerful red wine from Austria is vinified from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small and large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for several months in barriques made of oak.
