This well-balanced sparkling wine from Germany is organically cuvéeed from the grape varieties Cabernet Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. The fermentation of the base wines then follows. After the composition of the final pétillant naturel, the further maturation proceeds on the basis of traditional bottle fermentation. Afterwards, Weingut Am Stein’s Pure & Naked Petnat Brut Nature matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
