More information about Riesling trocken Kabinett - Andreas Laible
The Andreas Laible Riesling Kabinett is a first-class white wine in the wine glass. In this it shows a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. This single-varietal German wine shows wonderfully expressive notes of pears and lemons in the glass. This is joined by hints of mineral.
The Andreas Laible Riesling Kabinett delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 5 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. Balanced and complex, this crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Riesling Kabinett presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of Baden finally inspires with considerable length. Hints of lemon and pear are again apparent.
Vinification of the Andreas Laible Riesling Kabinett
The basis for the balanced Riesling Kabinett from Germany are grapes from the Riesling grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
