This elegant white wine from Germany is vinified from the Riesling grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into loess soils. The berries for this white wine from Germany are harvested particularly quickly and preferably in the morning once optimum ripeness has been ensured, in order to preserve their aromas. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the cellar immediately. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
