Vinification of Rosado de Lagrima Rioja from Baron de Ley

The balanced Rosado de Lagrima Rioja from Spain is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Garnacha grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
