The A. Diehl Rosé is a first-class rosé wine in the glass. In this it offers a wonderfully brilliant, strong rosé color. The A. Diehl Kein Rosé presents us with an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, which is not least due to its residual sweet profile. Light-footed and complex, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the rosé reveals itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally convinces with good reverberation.
Vinification of the rosé from A. Diehl
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Rosé from A. Diehl are Blauer Portugieser, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
Food recommendation for the A. Diehl Rosé
This German rosé wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to vegetable salad with beetroot, roasted trout with ginger pear or coconut-lime fish curry.
