The balanced Sauvignon Blanc Reserva from Chile is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Sauvignon Blanc Reserva can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
