Vinification of the Sela Rioja from Bodegas Roda
The powerful Sela Rioja from Spain is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Garnacha, Graciano and Tempranillo. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive swiftly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barriques.
