More information about Spätburgunder Rosé trocken Bio - Weingut Studier

In the glass, the organically produced Spätburgunder Rosé Bio from Weingut Studier displays a bright ruby-red color. With a bit of time in the glass, this rosé wine from Germany presents wonderfully expressive aromas of apricot and strawberry, rounded off by .

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor profile. It was bottled with 6.3 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and thus, despite all its dryness, this German wine enchants with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. This light rosé wine presents itself on the palate as balanced and multi-layered. Thanks to the moderate fruit acidity, the Spätburgunder Rosé Bio caresses the palate with a pleasing mouthfeel, without lacking freshness at the same time. The finish of this youthful rosé wine from the Palatinate wine-growing region ultimately captivates with a lovely aftertaste. The aftertaste is also accompanied by mineral facets from the loess and clay-dominated soils.

Vinification of the Spätburgunder Rosé Bio from Weingut Studier

The balanced Spätburgunder Rosé Bio from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vegan, vinified from the Spätburgunder grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate. Here the vines drive their roots deep into soils of clay and loess. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Spätburgunder Rosé Bio can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.

Food recommendation for Weingut Studier Spätburgunder Rosé Bio

Enjoy this vegan rosé wine from Germany ideally moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as an accompaniment to spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto, coconut-lime fish curry, or fried trout with ginger-pear.
