This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Pinotage. For this wonderfully powerful varietal wine from Springfontein, only first-class grapes were harvested. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Terroir Selection Pinotage Walker Bay WO is matured for another 10 months in oak barriques.
