Vinification of the Columbia Crest Two Vines Shiraz
Shiraz and Viognier grapes are the starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Two Vines Shiraz from Columbia Crest. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and gently broken up. Fermentation then takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
