The grapes for this red wine from South Africa are harvested exclusively by hand at the time of optimal ripeness. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a maturation of 12 months in French oak barriques.
