The balanced Viña San Juan Merlot Syrah Tempranillo La Mancha from Spain is a cuvée, vegan vinified from the grape varieties Merlot, Syrah and Tempranillo. At optimal ripeness, the grapes for the Viña San Juan Merlot Syrah Tempranillo La Mancha are harvested exclusively by hand, without the use of coarse and less selective machinery. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off.
