Vinification of Pfannebecker Werkstoff Rosé
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Werkstoff Rosé cuvée from Pfannebecker is Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Werkstoff Rosé can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
