In the glass, the Xipella from the pen of Clos Montblanc offers a dense purple color. At the edges, this Spanish red also shows a transition to garnet red. The bouquet of this red wine from Catalonia seduces with aromas of mulberry, plum, blueberry and blackcurrant. If we trace the aromatics further, forest floor and sun-warmed rock come into play.

Vinification of the Clos Montblanc Xipella

The basis for the powerful Xipella from Catalonia are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cariñena and Syrah.
