Vinification of Bodegas Altos de Torona Albariño Rías Baixas
This balanced white wine from Spain is made from the Alvarinho grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
