Vinification of Birgit Eichinger Ried Lamm Grüner Veltliner 1 ÖTW

In Lower Austria, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay, loess, sandstone and volcanic rock. Ried Lamm Grüner Veltliner 1 ÖTW is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Austrian exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small and large wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the elegant Ried Lamm Grüner Veltliner 1 ÖTW is matured for several months in oak barrels.
