The finish of this white wine from the Val de Loire winegrowing region is ultimately captivating with its beautiful length. The aftertaste is also accompanied by mineral facets from the sand-dominated soils.
Vinification of the Rock M' Roll Chenin Blanc
The well-balanced Chenin Blanc from France is a varietal wine made from the Chenin Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Val de Loire. Here the vines sink their roots deep into sandy soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation has ended, the Chenin Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
