The Cuvée Simsalabim from Ellermann-Spiegel is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, St. Laurent, Pinot Noir and Regent. This sturdy red wine shows wonderfully fruity, on the nose it reveals beautiful fruity aromas of currants, cassis, cherries, blueberries, cocoa, cloves, mine, marzipan, violets and even bacon. The palate is full-bodied, juicy, with dense fruit and delicate spice, velvety smooth, with round tannins, elegance and lots of charm that finishes in a long finish.
