Vinification of Weingut Hörner Daydrinking White
The basis for the elegant Daydrinking White from Germany is grapes of the Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There, they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After it is complete, Daydrinking White can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
