Vinification of the Enate Tempranillo D.O. from Enate

The basis for the powerful Enate Tempranillo D.O. from Spain is grapes of the Merlot and Tempranillo varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
