Vinification of the Young Poets Fifty Shades of Pinot Gris

This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Gris grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

This German wine is perfect as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes, but is also a pleasure to drink on its own.
