The Glaube-Liebe-Hoffnung Riesling wine from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett is a real eye-catcher, and not just because of its unusual name. This Riesling from the Palatinate shines in the glass with a pale straw yellow and flatters the nose with wonderfully typical Riesling fruit. Delicate peach, not quite ripe mirabelles and sun-ripened lemon come to mind. A subtle, mineral note and a hint of tarragon and lemon balm round things off.
