Vinification of the Spreitzer Hallgartener Buntschiefer Riesling

Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils made of slate. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.
