Vinification of the Stefan Müller Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling Kabinett
The elegant Krettnacher Euchariusberg Riesling Kabinett from Germany is a varietal wine, made exclusively from the Riesling grape. The grapes grow under optimal conditions on the Saar. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into slate soils. The berries for this German white wine are harvested exclusively by hand at optimal ripeness. After the hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
