Vinification for the Mit Leichtigkeit Rot from the Georg Preisinger winery

This cuvée consists of the grape varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent.

The grapes for this wine are hand-picked and selected already in the vineyard. The fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18°Celsius in stainless steel tanks with subsequent storage for 6 months on the fine yeast.
