This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Chardonnay. Only premium grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Montes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Aconcagua. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and sand. The grapes for this white wine from Chile, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand . After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Montes Alpha Special Cuvée Chardonnay can continue to harmonize for 12 months on the fine lees....
