The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into soils composed of clay and marl. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought quickly to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
