With the Binigrau Negre, a first-class red wine flows into the swirled glass. It presents a wonderfully dense, ruby-red color. At the rim, this Spanish red also shows a transition into garnet red. If you give it some air in the wine glass by swirling, this red wine reveals high viscosity, which shows in the tears on the glass wall. In the glass, this red wine from Binigrau presents aromas of plums, complemented by cinnamon, tobacco, and black cherry. Binigrau Negre presents itself to the connoisseur as wonderfully dry. This red wine never appears coarse or sparse, as one might expect from a wine in the top-quality range. On the palate, this powerful red wine is characterized by an immensely opulent texture. On the finish, this matured red wine from the Balearic wine-growing region finally delights with considerable length. Once again, nuances of plum appear.
