More information about Pudelwohl trocken - Tobias Krämer
The Tobias Krämer Pudelwohl is a first-class white wine in the wine glass. It offers a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. The bouquet of this white wine from Rheinhessen enchants with notes of pink grapefruit, lime, grapefruit and kumquat. It is its fruity nature that makes this wine so special.
On the palate, the texture of this fleet-footed white wine presents itself wonderfully light. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Pudelwohl flatters with a soft mouthfeel without lacking freshness. In the finish, this storable white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of lime and nashi pear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils join in.
Vinification of the Tobias Krämer Pudelwohl
This elegant white wine from Germany is cuvée from the grape varieties Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
Food recommendation for the Pudelwohl by Tobias Krämer
